With just minutes before we board the plane for Amsterdam, I wanted to share a few more photos. First is a picture of our group when we met for the first time on August 28, 2014. Stephen Mwenda who works for Farmers Helping Farmers in Kenya took the photo. He was our guest speaker that night. And hopefully we will see him soon in Meru.
Tammy and Carolyn spent a lot of time with Air Canada and KLM to get our boarding passes from Amsterdam to Nairobi. We’re hoping for a good tailwind across the Atlantic and a smooth transfer in Amsterdam. The flight is just over 7 1/2 hours but hopefully we will all sleep after a busy day at the Royal Ontario Museum. Then we have another 7 1/2 hours to Nairobi!
